On November 30th 2018 EGIS-RUS has been recognized as one of Aon's Best Employers in Russia for 2018. General Director of EGIS RUS Tamas Endrenyi received the honor from Aon Hewitt, the global leader in human resource solutions and its Russian partner AXES Management. In 2018 more than 500,000 employees of EGIS-RUS were questioned.  The result of the survey showed EGIS-RUS reached an engagement score of 90%. This score is 1.3 times higher than the local average benchmark - 68%.

Egis Organizational Survey was conducted from 22nd January to14th February 2018, where the whole organization had the chance to share their opinions. The participation rate of EGIS-RUS   - 99% shows us that our employees wanted to express their views about Egis as an employer.
